The club was delighted to hold our ‘Mindfirst’ seminar for our academy teams and parents last night at the Rugby club.
The seminar focused on mental health, mindfulness, and wellbeing.
We had fantastic guest speakers in Patrick Jones Resource Officer for Suicide Prevention and Victor Connell Longford Counseling Services.
Also thanks to Academy Director Denis O’Brien and first-team player Karl Chambers for having a Q&A session with our young players.
