Longford Town have made two new signings for the 2018 season.
Signing from Shamrock Rovers is midfielder Darren Meenan, and the experienced 31 year old has previously played for Dundalk, spending four successful seasons with the Lilywhites. He missed only one league game in 2014, and provided assists for 32 of their 107 goals in all competitions that year. He has also played for St. Patrick's Athletic, UCD, Drogheda United, Sligo Rovers and Shelbourne.
Signing from Cabinteely is 21 year old midfielder, Evan Galvin, who has also played for Cobh Ramblers and Waterford. Evan's twin brother, Cory, is on the books at Cabinteely. Welcome to De Town lads!
